The position and your daily adventures
The Broker Sales Manager at Klar is responsible for building, strengthening, and scaling the performance of our broker channel. This role combines the relationship-driven focus of a KAM with the analytical rigor of a business analyst: you will manage broker partnerships end-to-end, ensure they understand and promote our financial solutions, track their performance, and provide insights that drive growth.
Your mission is to turn the broker network into a high-performing acquisition channel by enabling them, measuring their effectiveness, optimizing their funnel, and ensuring that Klar’s products are positioned accurately and compellingly in the market.
This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model. We look forward to seeing you in the office 3–4 times per week.
