Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a results-driven Braze Campaign Manager to support the execution and optimization of data-driven digital marketing programs. This role focuses on end-to-end campaign delivery, leveraging customer interaction data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, timely, and high-impact marketing engagement initiatives. The position requires strong subject matter expertise in the Braze Customer Engagement Platform and close partnership with creative, technical, and operational teams.

What you will do:

  • Managing end-to-end digital marketing programs, ensuring accurate execution, quality assurance, and on-time delivery of campaigns.
  • Configuring and executing Braze canvases, including targeting logic, timing, Connected Content, segmentation, and eligibility rules, with thorough pre-deployment QA.
  • Utilizing interaction data, customer attributes, and market insights to guide campaign strategy and execution.
  • Partnering closely with creative, QA, legal and translation, AEM, and technical teams to deliver error-free campaigns.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in Braze, contributing to team-level and cross-team decisions while resolving operational and execution challenges.
  • Analyzing campaign performance metrics and translating insights into recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless campaign operations.
  • Staying current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing engagement initiatives.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creative problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Braze, including campaign execution, configuration, and quality assurance.
  • Solid understanding of data-driven marketing concepts, including segmentation, attributes, eligibility logic, and list-based targeting.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, technical, and operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Content Management, Campaign Management, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Process and Operations.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with a reliable workflow and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute to decision-making across multiple teams.
