Spectra Logic is seeking a Brand & Visual Designer to support the execution and evolution of our visual brand across marketing, sales, events and digital channels. This role blends strong design execution with thoughtful brand stewardship in a complex B2B technology environment, partnering closely with marketing and business leaders to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Maintain and apply Spectra Logic’s visual brand across marketing, sales, events, and digital channels, ensuring consistency and quality in all creative assets.
  • Design and execute assets for trade shows and corporate events, with specific expertise in booth concepting and design, while translating product value and messaging into engaging physical and digital experiences. 
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints, maintaining the highest standards in design and visual communication.
  • Partner with marketing leadership and stakeholders to understand creative needs, provide design recommendations, and deliver assets aligned with campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the content, product marketing, and web teams to create visually compelling designs that align with marketing campaigns and product launches. 
  • Contribute to the documentation and application of visual standards for web and social channels, balancing consistency with the needs of performance-driven marketing.
  • Build and maintain a digital asset management system of approved and licensed graphics, stock images, and illustrations.
  • Develop and manage creative processes for producing digital and print materials, maintaining project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices, ensuring Spectra Logic remains innovative in its visual identity.
  • Produce and edit AI video content for marketing and communication efforts, ensuring a seamless visual and narrative flow. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors to produce printed materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Experience designing in a B2B, enterprise, or technology-driven environment
  • Comfort working with complex products and technical concepts, and translating them into clear, compelling visual stories
  • Experience supporting sales and go-to-market teams, including presentations, datasheets, and event materials
  • Familiarity with executive-facing and customer-facing design expectations
QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience working in-house as part of a corporate or high-growth technology organization in graphic design (B2B and storage preferred). 
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply and uphold brand standards while contributing to continuous improvement of visual quality.
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint. Must be able to ‘up level’ existing presentations to ensure brand consistency and excellence in design.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print design processes, including how they support business outcomes, not just aesthetics.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Video editing and production experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design. 
COMPENSATION: Base salary range: $85,000 - $95,000. While this salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, a candidate’s actual salary will be competitive based on factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
