WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Brand Strategist, you will play a hands-on role in bringing Trade Republic’s brand to life across all channels and markets. You’ll work closely with teams across growth, creative, community, product, and leadership — owning projects from first insight to final delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own and execute brand initiatives end-to-end — from insight gathering and opportunity framing to creative concept and execution
  • Lead the execution of film and content productions across multiple markets, aligning creative ambition with production realities
  • Manage internal workflows and external partners or agencies to ensure smooth operations, high-quality output, and on-time delivery
  • Translate strategy into actionable project plans — identify gaps, remove blockers, and drive momentum through execution
  • Capture and translate brand and audience insights into creative briefs, campaign iterations, and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain and evolve core brand systems, including tone of voice, visual identity, and playbooks for cross-functional use

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in a high pace, analytical environment such as tier 1 consulting, investment banking or growth stage startups
  • Alternatively, 2+ years of experience as a creative strategist - either in a top-tier agency or a global brand - with a proven track record in brand positioning & concept development
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate complex business objectives into brand strategies
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams
