As a Brand Strategist in the Demand Campaigns team at Rise at Seven, you’ll be the strategic engine powering our boldest ideas. You’ll own the day-to-day strategic thinking on key accounts, where research, data, and creativity collide to shape campaigns that don’t just land, but demand attention.
Reporting into the Head of Brand, you’ll take brand challenges and translate them into sharp positioning, clear audience insights, and actionable campaign plans. You’ll partner closely with strategy, social, PR, and influencer teams, ensuring that every idea is rooted in strategy and built to deliver measurable impact.
You’ll act as the trusted strategic partner for clients bringing clarity, structure, and fresh thinking to their toughest marketing challenges. Internally, you’ll set the pace for strategic excellence, collaborating with juniors, specialists, and creatives to ensure our work drives performance while pushing cultural and creative boundaries.
This is a hybrid brand strategy and creative content marketing role. You’ll shape strategy through positioning and audience insight but also turn it into campaigns and content leading, planning, concepting, managing, and producing work that brings ideas to life.

You’re a strategic thinker with a creative edge someone who can turn audience insights and cultural trends into campaign strategies that make brands impossible to ignore. You’re comfortable owning the strategic vision day-to-day, but equally confident rolling up your sleeves to dig into research, data, or positioning decks.
You’re naturally collaborative, able to bring structure and clarity to complex challenges while working fluidly with creatives, social teams, and clients. You have a sharp understanding of brand positioning, audience behaviour, and campaign planning, and you know how to connect all three to drive results.
