Accountabilities

  • Lead major brand and service design initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of brand, service, and content designers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Evolve and refine the brand system to be more expressive, cohesive, and scalable across all channels.
  • Provide clear design direction, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand alignment.
  • Build systems, guidelines, libraries, and workflows that support efficient and scalable brand implementation.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to create experiences that reflect strategic priorities and resonate with users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in a brand design leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience developing distinctive creative concepts, visual identities, and multi-channel brand experiences.
  • Experience managing and mentoring design teams, supporting talent development and creative growth.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to bring bold creative ideas to life.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product, marketing, and service environments.
  • Ability to translate user insights into design decisions that support strategic and business goals.
  • Experience working in healthcare or health technology is a strong plus.
