Brand Marketing Specialist (Temporary)

TLDR

Develop and execute innovative Brand Marketing initiatives to raise awareness and drive consumption for Red Bull in the Swiss market.

Creative Brand Marketing

In this exciting role, you work across the various fields of Brand Management. Together with your team, you develop innovative campaigns that raise awareness for the brand. Further on, you aim to win new and intensify existing consumers with various initiatives. In every single project, you ensure that the brand and the consumers are always at the centre of attention and make sure that we reach them in the most effective way.

Advertising & Digital Marketing

As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the creation and execution of iconic Cartoon Occasion campaigns in the Swiss market. You creatively communicate how Red Bull gives consumers wings at the right moment of need. Together with the creative and media agency, you develop cutting-edge campaign ideas, advertising assets and collaborate with other marketing teams and sales for impactful 360° activations.

Product Marketing

You are responsible for the Red Bull can portfolio and product-related topics together with another team member. Lead new product launches (e.g. season editions) with 360° activations. Therefore, you work closely with other marketing teams, Sales & Operations on innovative launch campaigns and track its performance. In addition, you ensure that all SKUs are up-to-date and legally compliant. You also monitor the Energy Drink/NAB market for relevant trends and come up with recommendations. Last but not least, you are the point of contact for all product-related questions within the company.

3(+) years marketing experience, ideally within the FMCG industry or a lifestyle brand

Knowledge of above-the-line/below-the-line advertising, agency management, product management and/or  consumer/market research is an advantage

Excellent project management skills to coordinate international stakeholders & agencies as well as strong sense of responsibility with an ownership-mentality

Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action as well as an entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude

Fluent in written and spoken German and English. French is an additional plus.
