Role Overview
We are looking for a mid-junior Brand Marketing Specialist with a sharp eye for design, strong brand sensibility, and familiar with 360° marketing activities. This person will act as a brand guardian—supporting design, social media, content creation, sales enablement materials, digital campaigns and events.
The ideal candidate is a PPT superstar, highly skilled in Canva and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite. They are creative, proactive, organised, and comfortable executing hands-on work across multiple marketing channels.
This role supports the Group Marketing team, the commercial organisation, and internal stakeholders by producing on-brand assets, content and communication materials that strengthen and elevate our corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Design
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent use of visual identity across all touchpoints.
Create high-quality visual assets including presentations, infographics, brochures, social visuals, ads, event collateral etc.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as needed.
Support the Group with branded materials, templates and design toolkits.
2. Sales Enablement & Collateral
Support with the design sales decks, pitch materials, one-pagers, case studies and other customer-facing tools.
Work closely with commercial teams to keep all materials updated and aligned with business needs.
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence (planning, copywriting, visuals, publishing).
Develop creative assets for digital campaigns, website visuals and paid activations.
Collaborate with agencies or internal teams on digital initiatives when required.
4. Content & Communications
Support content marketing with content planning, ideation and asset creation.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and automation workflows (HubSpot).
Contribute to internal communications, including newsletters and company-wide updates.
5. Events & Webinars
Support marketing events, trade shows and internal meetings with branded materials, presentations and visuals.
Manage the organisation and promotion of online webinars.
Ensure professional, consistent brand visibility at all events.
6. Website & Marketing Tools
Support updates to the company website (WordPress) including visuals and layout improvements.
Ensure brand consistency across all pages.
Work with agencies on UX/design refinements when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2-3 years experience in design and marketing roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, brand understanding and visual communication.
Expert-level PPT skills (presentation design is essential).
Proficient in Canva and familiar with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
Solid understanding of branding, visual identity and corporate tone of voice.
Experience managing LinkedIn content, social calendars or digital assets.
Strong copywriting skills (short- and long-form).
Experience with HubSpot, Monday, WordPress, CRM systems.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong sense of style and attention to detail.
