Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Lead brand planning and execution across marketing channels

·        Develop clear brand positioning, messaging, and guidelines

·        Manage campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals

·        Collaborate with internal teams and any external agencies to deliver cohesive brand initiatives

·        Monitor brand health, performance metrics, and consumer feedback

·        Support long-term brand growth through insight-driven strategies.

·        Brad manager will also task to attend outdoor activities such as product launches, marketing, and promotional events.

·        Will act as the primary liaison between the brand in China and the Singapore office, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

·        Responsible for managing a team of 3–5, covering Sales, Display, and Aftersales functions.

·        Collaborates closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams across Singapore and China to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·        With at least 2-3 years of experience in Brand Management or marketing roles

·        Background as a Brand Executive, Assistant Brand Manager, or Junior Brand Manager with proven hands-on experience

·        Strong grasp of brand fundamentals, storytelling, and campaign management

·        Ability to adapt brand thinking across different industries and audiences

·        Preferably graduate of business or marketing-related courses

·        Preferably with experience in Consumer Electronics, Global Audio Brands, Global Sports & Lifestyle, or Tech Lifestyle companies.

·        Must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills to inter-act effectively with other employees, customers and vendors and to obtain time-sensitive deliverables.
