Job Description

KORRES is looking for a talented Brand Manager to join the BU Greece Marketing team. As a member of the Marketing team, he/she will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Plan and evaluate on promotional and trade plans to ensure consistency with product line strategy and profitability.
  • Gain a deep understanding of consumer experience and generate new BTL and ATL ideas for increasing market shares.
  • Be able to work with budgets, KPIs and deadlines. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and deep understanding of the brand
  • Recommendation of product assortment (innovations, relaunches, delists, hero products), pricing and promo strategy.
  • Develops and implements 360 communication plans, media and pricing, in close collaboration with the Group Marketing team.
  • Closely monitors and analyzes competition, market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and make timely recommendations to correct plans accordingly.
  • Profit and Loss Management. Effectively manages categories budget and P&L to meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Integrated Business Planning. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure commitment and focus to achieve budgeted target. Contributes in forecasting procedure.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer, a self-motivated and a team player. A professional with positive attitude and creative thinking, able to operate effectively in the context of a high pace working environment, with significant autonomy and also be qualified with:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field. A postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience. Experience on Beauty / Personal Care brands will be considered an asset.
  • Experience in digital marketing will be preferred.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, enhanced business awareness and critical judgement.
  • Pragmatic, able and willing to deal with operational things.
  • Business and results oriented with consistency and accountability.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and good reasoning skills.

PC literacy (MS office)

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
