  • Performance Tracking and Trial Conversion: Drive performance through brand health metrics (awareness, top-of-mind, NPS) and performance metrics (engagement rates, trials up to 3rd repeat booking). Work cross-functionally with CRM, product, operations, and performance marketing teams to incubate new users until they reach habitual booking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of brand management experience in top FMCG companies (Unilever, P&G, Nestlé, or similar).
  • Proven experience in brand strategy development, media planning, and budget management.
  • Solid background in social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and community management.
  • Experience handling large-scale ATL campaigns (TV, OOH, Digital) and BTL activations.
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data and translate into actionable brand strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Team management experience required (at least 1-2 direct reports previously managed).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit — comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.
