Tell me more

  • Support the delivery of brand and customer experiences across Virgin’s diverse portfolio, working on both live projects and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with other Virgin companies to help translate the Virgin brand into meaningful, human experiences.
  • Contribute to experience thinking across customer journeys, touchpoints and moments that matter – balancing creativity with practicality.
  • Take ownership of smaller brand experience projects, from early thinking through to delivery, with support and guidance from senior team members.
  • Work collaboratively within a growing team, helping to shape ways of working as the brand experience capability continues to build out.

What you’ll need

  • Experience in brand, customer experience, service design or a related field.
  • Practical experience working on customer or brand experiences, ideally within a consumer-facing environment.
  • A balance of creative thinking and technical know-how, with the confidence to turn ideas into real-world outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of customers and their mindset, with a natural curiosity about what makes experiences meaningful.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across different teams and levels of seniority.
  • Experience across sectors such as travel, leisure, hospitality, entertainment or wellbeing would be a real plus.

Location: London hub (approx. 3 days per week) & your home space
Salary: £54,000 - £68,000 plus bonus - We're putting our salaries out there for everyone to see - no smoke and mirrors, just honest numbers. We'll offer a salary that matches your skills, always aiming for room to grow.
