On a daily basis, you will

  • Plan and execute our full offline event calendar, including major fairs, roadshows and smaller branded events.
  • Coordinate all logistics: venues, materials, shipments, vendors, travel plans, and on site setup.
  • Own event execution from start to finish: preparation, booth setup, guest flow, lead capture and post event reporting.
  • Ensure consistent quality across all events, keeping our brand experience professional, engaging and aligned with our identity.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate with external partners and track all operational details.
  • Travel frequently across Europe to lead events on site and represent our brands.

The basics you bring along

  • Proven experience in event management, trade fairs or roadshow organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex logistics streams in parallel.
  • Hands on mindset: comfortable taking full ownership, solving problems quickly and working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with partners, suppliers and event attendees.
  • Fluency in either German or French to run events in those markets.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Europe and work flexible hours during events.

  • Experience in the travel or tourism industry.
  • A strong supplier network for fairs, event materials or exhibition logistics.
  • Knowledge of branding, booth design or experiential marketing.
  • Experience measuring event impact through lead generation, branded search or conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
