Brand Executive / Senior Brand Executive, New Brand Launch
TLDR
Lead brand marketing efforts for the innovative No Days Off baby diaper brand, driving growth through strategic activations and community engagement across Malaysia and Singapore.

Offline sampling and brand activations (50%)

On-ground execution of evergreen sampling programmes at key touchpoints such as hospitals and confinement centres

Design and execute offline activations at large-scale baby fairs or parenting events to drive both trial and brand awareness

Negotiate and agree on sampling and events contracts with key partners where necessary

Work closely with partners, vendors, internal teams, and freelancers to execute sampling and brand activations seamlessly

Online community building (20%)

Source or build key online communities for parents across markets

Manage No Days Off’s brand presence across these touchpoints via testimonials, sampling offers, or pure-play advertising

Track and optimize the effectiveness of these channels and adapt our strategy accordingly

Brand Execution & Consistency (20%)

Ensure all offline touchpoints are aligned with No Days Off’s brand positioning and tone

Work closely with internal teams to align offline messaging with online campaigns

Collect qualitative feedback from the ground to inform brand, product, and marketing decisions

Ongoing Partner & Stakeholder Management (10%)

Build and manage relationships with hospitals, confinement centres, event organisers, online community owners etc.

Identify new offline partnership opportunities to drive awareness and trial

Represent the brand professionally in external-facing engagements

3–6 years of experience in brand marketing, offline activations, or event marketing (FMCG or consumer goods preferred)

Strong experience executing physical events, sampling programmes, or on-ground activations

Comfortable working with logistics, vendors, and external partners

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Willingness to be on the ground and travel for events when required
