Our focus on deeply understanding and caring for our users drives our product innovation and material design, which enables us to invent products that are both high performing and also better for the body.   Blood is the creator of the world’s first Sanitary Pad made from Corn, and is the parent brand of MenstruHeat (menstrual cramp relief) and the Blood Menstrual Cup.   Our products are sold across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore, both direct-to-consumer online and in more than 9,000 retail stores - making more than 12 million periods better so far.   Today was good. Who we're looking for:   We are seeking a hands-on Brand Executive / Assistant Brand Manager to partner closely with the Senior Brand Manager in driving the growth of Blood in Malaysia. In this pivotal role, you will translate brand vision into action by leading rollout across media, communication and activations, ensuring strategic initiatives are brought to life. You’ll also co-develop growth strategies and pinpoint key levers of growth with the Senior Brand Manager. This is a role for someone who thrives in ownership, collaborating with a tight-knit team and diverse stakeholders to bring brand strategy to life.  What you will do:

1. Brand Ownership & Strategy (45%)

  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Partner closely with the Senior Brand Manager to co-create the Malaysia brand growth plan; identifying the key levers that will move the needle.
  • Brand Advocacy & Stewardship: Take full accountability for how Blood lives and breathes in Malaysia. You ensure every touchpoint — from digital ads to physical booths — adheres to the brand DNA. 
  • Market Insight & Innovation: Actively monitor the Malaysian landscape to identify local nuances and consumer shifts, proposing creative strategies that keep Blood at the forefront of the period-care category.

    2. Integrated Campaign Execution (40%)
  • 360° Campaign Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end rollout of marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels. You will manage agency/stakeholder relationships and internal timelines to ensure our message is consistent and impactful.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with key stakeholders (sales, trade marketing, socials) to ensure seamless integration and execution of all marketing activities.
  • On-Brand Delivery: Manage the day-to-day details of campaign assets and physical activations, ensuring all touchpoints are on-brand, high-quality and delivered on schedule.
  • 3. Performance tracking, reporting & market insights (15%)

  • KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of all brand awareness and growth activities, providing actionable insights to help the team iterate and improve.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on the Malaysia market, tracking competitor moves and industry trends to ensure Blood remains the most visible and accessible choice.
  • Operational & Budget Hygiene: Maintain the administrative backbone of the brand — work within Malaysia marketing budget, processing POs and ensuring vendors are managed professionally and efficiently.
  • What you will require:
    1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in FMCG brand management or marketing, ideally in health & wellness. 
    2. Proven ability to execute commercially, run media campaigns on platform (Meta, TT, XHS) and track performance.

    3. Strong project management, coordination and communication skills.

    4. Familiarity with the Malaysia market is preferred.
