Define and evolve how Poka presents itself globally while managing multiple design projects that enhance brand experiences for both customers and employees.
At Poka, we’re transforming how frontline teams operate, learn, and solve problems.
Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing, empowering frontline workers to share knowledge, collaborate in real-time, and drive continuous improvement. Think of it as the missing digital link, bringing the human interface into the stack of the Smart Factory, generating the right data and insights that drive entirely new scales of process improvements.
We’re proud to support global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Mars, and Danone in their digital transformation journeys and as part of the IFS family, our reach and impact continue to grow globally.
As our Brand Designer, you won’t just create assets - you’ll define and evolve how Poka shows up across the world. From global manufacturing leaders to top-tier tech talent, you’ll craft a brand experience that’s clear, confident, and cohesive at every touchpoint.
This role sits at the intersection of design, marketing, sales, product, and HR. You’ll own the visual evolution of two distinct (but connected) brands: Poka the product and Poka the employer - ensuring our story resonates equally with plant managers and product managers.
Why Poka?
At Poka, design isn’t decoration - it’s strategy. You’ll help shape a brand that supports global manufacturers on their digital transformation journeys while also attracting the next generation of tech talent.
You’ll join a collaborative, AI-forward, growth-focused environment where ideas move fast and impact is real. As part of the IFS family, your work will have global reach - and your brand decisions will influence how thousands of frontline workers and industry leaders experience Poka every day.
If you’re excited about building a brand that bridges factory floors and future-forward tech - we’d love to meet you.
