We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join our growing creative team and help shape how our brands show up in the world. You’ll work across multiple projects - from evolving existing brand systems to developing visuals for campaigns, product launches, and content that connects. This is a hands-on design role ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of brand principles, and a desire to build standout identities that scale across platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling visuals that bring our stories and ideas to life. This role is fully remote.

 

What you’ll do:



    Brand Identity Execution

    • Apply existing brand guidelines to create visual assets that are cohesive, scalable, and distinct.
    • Help refine and expand visual systems including, icons, color palettes, and typography.
    • Ensure consistency across digital, print, product, and environmental touchpoints.

    Creative Asset Design

    • Design marketing visuals including campaign key art, social graphics, email banners, presentation decks, motion designs and product visuals.
    • Create templates and asset libraries that enable faster and more consistent output across teams.
    • Support brand rollouts and launches with high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

    Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Work with product designers, marketing teams, and copywriters to ensure visuals align with messaging and goals.
    • Collaborate with other motion designers to bring static visuals to life with animations and video content.

    Quality & Consistency

    • Uphold brand standards across all visual materials.
    • Contribute to building a culture of design excellence by participating in reviews and sharing feedback.

    Exploration & Growth

    • Explore new visual directions and propose ideas to evolve and improve our brand presence.
    • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies; bringing fresh inspiration to the team.


    What you should have:

    • 3-5 years of experience in brand design or visual design roles (in-house or at an agency).
    • A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling and branding work across multiple mediums.
    • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand systems.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
    • Attention to detail, strong visual taste, and pride in crafting pixel-perfect designs.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
    • Experience working within or contributing to a design system is a plus.
    • Motion design knowledge.

    Bonus Points

    • Experience designing for fintech, tech startups, or agency.
    • A point of view on brand building in digital-first contexts (e.g., social, web, mobile).
