On a daily basis, you will

  • Act as the central point of contact between our marketing team and our niche travel brands, ensuring alignment and coherence across markets and platforms.
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing tasks: generate ideas, assign tasks (CU master-list), coordinate resources, and follow up to ensure timely execution.
  • Own brand coordination for the UK market launch and support key initiatives for our small-ship cruise platforms and AI-driven FIT specialist “Epic Trips”.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and marketing projects: track progress, maintain deadlines, flag risks, ensure high quality of deliverables, and close projects once objectives are achieved.
  • Foster strong internal communication: brief brand teams and marketing specialists, share status updates, maintain documentation and support cross-functional collaboration.

The basics you bring along

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in a coordination, account management or brand liaison role, ideally in a marketing or agency setting.
  • Strong project-management skills: ability to manage multiple parallel briefs, keep track of deadlines and deliverables, use task-management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana).
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand development (digital campaigns, content, CRM, performance marketing).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; comfort working with UK / English-speaking markets.
  • High adaptability and an open mindset: able to switch between different brands, platforms and target groups, and respond to change quickly.

  • Experience working directly with Brands or Platforms.
  • Knowledge of the UK and/or US  tourism sector and/or cruise ship industry.
