Location: North Vancouver, BC - This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, and is open to hybrid remote work
Work Arrangement: Flexible, between in-office and home
Pay Range: $44,700-55,100 annualized; pay is dependent on year of study and related experience
Duration: Four (4) months, May 4, 2026 – August 21, 2026
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F
Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Brand Communications Co-Op Student, you support Arc’teryx’s North America Brand Communications team with day-to-day tasks in all aspects of external communications, public relations and media management at events. You provide exceptional written and communication skills to support the department in internal and external facing communications.
This role sits in the Brand Communications team and partners directly with the broader Brand team and across the enterprise, including Commercial, Product Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Athletes, Ambassadors, and insights teams to identify new and creative ways to share our most impactful brand stories with our guest.
You are a creative thinker who is committed to storytelling, product and brand experiences, always thinking about how we can share who we are as a brand with our guests and take a human first approach with media relationships and creating new connections and how to create a truly unique and connective experience through content and communications.
In this role you will learn and/or use the following technology:

If you were a Brand Communications Co-Op Student now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
Working with our Brand Communication Specialist to support with product requests and pitching
Supporting media inquiries and agency partners with timely, accurate, information
Assisting with the creation of seasonal product press kits
Assisting with the media inbox
Support in updating and managing media monitoring systems to generate regular reports for internal stakeholders
Drafting compelling narratives and press materials
Assisting with the development of communications materials
Providing logistics support for media events
Other communications tasks as assigned
Supporting with seasonal PR sample orders
Maintaining PR folders with product images and lookbooks for each season
Here are some of the things you will learn by the end of your Co-Op placement:
You will have a strong understanding of how to work cross-functionally with a centralized communication team
You will have expanded your writing portfolio through the development of communications materials such as product lookbooks, press releases, product pitchnotes and media backgrounders
You will be an expert in product seeding
You will have experience coordinating media event planning and activation

You are in your 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
