Orbitworks is seeking a sharp and creative Brand and Content Specialist to own our content creation, social media presence, employer branding, and brand voice across the ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for building Orbitworks’ narrative and showcasing our work, people, and culture to candidates, partners, and the broader space community. We are looking for someone who can combine strategy with execution, and who has a proven track record of scaling an online presence.   • Develop and execute Orbitworks’ content and social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, blog, etc.) 
  • Create engaging written, visual, and video content to highlight Orbitworks’ projects, people, and culture 
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top global talent 
  • Manage and grow Orbitworks’ digital presence, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across channels 
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content and campaigns accordingly 
  • Collaborate with leadership, People, and BD teams to align campaigns with company goals 
  • Monitor industry trends to position Orbitworks as a thought leader in the space and technology ecosystem
  • Must Haves:
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing in a fast-paced industry (tech, aerospace, or startup preferred) 
  • Strong portfolio or links to brands/personal accounts you have scaled in the past 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills 
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms and audience growth strategies
  • Ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) 
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and performance tracking tools 
  • Experience running paid social or digital campaigns 
  • Event branding or ecosystem marketing experience 
  • Basic video editing and production skills 
  • Exposure to employer branding or talent marketing in a high-growth environment
