Brand Activation Driver

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and road-savvy Brand Activation Driver to join our marketing team. This is on-the-road job, and you may be away from home for months, travelling from city to city around US and possibly Canada. You’ll be behind the wheel of one of our branded ThreatLocker vehicles, driving across the country to key cities, events, and high-visibility locations as part of our national guerrilla marketing campaign.

Your mission: make cybersecurity impossible to ignore. You’ll help us grab attention, spark conversations, and bring our brand to life wherever you go.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Drive ThreatLocker branded vehicles safely and responsibly across designated routes nationwide.
• Execute scheduled stops at high-traffic or strategic locations (e.g., tech parks, event venues, airports, universities).
• Coordinate with the marketing team on timing, routes, and photo/video content opportunities.
• Represent the ThreatLocker brand with professionalism and enthusiasm — you’re the face of the mission on the road.
• Assist with setup and light logistics during events, pop-up activations, and community engagements.
• Keep vehicles in pristine condition (clean, fueled, and photo-ready at all times).
• Document campaign progress with location check-ins, photos, and short clips for social media.
• Ensure compliance with all driving and safety regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A clean driving record and valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (potentially months at a time).
• Passport required for travelling into Canada
• Experience driving large or wrapped vehicles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
• A proactive attitude — you’re resourceful, adaptable, and love being part of something bold and unconventional.
• Some experience in events, promotions, or brand ambassadorship is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Job will generally be performed on the road and will require travel to visit company offices and/or other locations as specified.
• While performing duties of this job, would occasionally require to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects and tools.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.

A background check and drug/substance screening are required after a conditional offer. Employment will proceed only upon receiving clear results from both.

ThreatLocker also conducts randomized drug and substance testing approximately every 60 days, in line with the same screening standards.
