Ensure seamless operational transaction processes at the Sub-Branch while maintaining high service quality standards from tellers and customer service.
This position is to ensures the operational transaction process of the Sub-Branch, as well as to ensure that tellers and Customer Services have carried out procedures and implemented service quality according to Bank standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage cash needs for daily operations.
Provide Override Authorization for transactions above Teller's & Sundries authority.
Maintain and Warkat documents and other valuables in a safe place according to procedures.
Ensure there are no defects and report to the Branch Operation Head.
Conduct and monitor CIS (Cash in Safe) and CIT (Cash in Transit) IDR currency according to Branch limits.
Ensure the teller's end-of-day balance is in accordance with applicable regulations.
Ensure that tellers and Customer Services, & Sundries have carried out procedures and implemented service quality according to Bank standards.

Requirements:
Preferred education graduates of S1 from all majors.
Minimum 1 year work experience in the position of Operation Supervisor in the Banking field.
