The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lawn care and chemical services branch >$2M, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Education:

High school diploma or GED

A college degree in business, operations management, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, service management, or a related field, preferably in lawn care, landscaping, or chemical services.

At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.

Proven track record in managing operations, optimizing workflows, and improving service delivery.

Obtaining and maintaining applicator license(s) by applicable state(s) is required.
Skills:

General Responsibilities:

Manage daily field operations, ensuring all services are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of supervisors and support staff to ensure they meet performance and quality goals.

Manage the scheduling of services, ensuring optimal route planning and resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.

Oversee inventory levels of chemicals, tools, and equipment.

Monitor service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are met, resolve service issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Report performance results to senior management and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Develop and manage the branch budget, focusing on cost control and maximizing profitability.

Ensure that the company adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide use, chemical application, and worker safety. Manage audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
