We are looking for a Brazil Entities Coordination Lead to oversee and coordinate EBANX’s entities in Brazil, including a regulated entity (Payment Institution - IP) and other non-regulated entities.

This role sits at the intersection of financial execution, governance, and regulatory alignment, playing a key role in structuring and scaling operations in a context of growing complexity with the Central Bank.

You will combine team leadership, operational excellence, and strategic coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and visibility across the organization.

Your day-to-day impact:

• Lead and develop a team of analysts responsible for managing EBANX’s entities in Brazil;
• Ensure the execution of financial routines, including payments, transfers, and balance control;
• Coordinate financial closing processes and SAP reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
• Act as the main point of contact for the regulated entity (IP), ensuring alignment with the Central Bank requirements;
• Coordinate governance and organization of other entities within the group in Brazil;
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Product teams;
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and automation;
• Work closely with financial systems (including SAP) to ensure operational efficiency;
• Consolidate key indicators and provide executive visibility on risks, liquidity, and performance;

Must-haves to shine in this role:

• Experience working with regulated financial institutions (Payment Institutions, banks, fintechs, or similar);
• Previous experience as a Piloto de Cabine and strong knowledge of SPB (Brazilian Payment System);
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership;
• Solid experience with financial routines such as closing, reconciliations, and financial movements;
• Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP;
• Fluent English for frequent interaction with global teams;
• Strong organizational skills and systemic thinking;
• Hands-on profile with the ability to structure and execute processes efficiently;

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working in high-growth fintech or payments environments;
• Experience dealing directly with the Central Bank of Brazil or similar regulators;
• Strong background in process automation and operational scalability;
• Experience managing multiple entities or complex corporate structures;
