BPO CALL CENTRE - Customer service representative

Bilingual candidates in Mandarin & English will be given priority.


Job scope: To attend to customer's billing & utilities related queries and requests.

Channels: Calls & emails

Requirements:

With at least 1-year of experience in customer service.

Preference for candidates with Call Centre experience – Voice & Non-Voice.

Excellent English proficiency (Spoken & Written).

Proficient in Microsoft office.

Swift typing skills.

Location:

Training: Taman Bukit Indah/Taman Molek branch

Office/working location: Taman Molek

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM/ 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9 AM – 6 PM (Rotational Shifts)

Alternate Saturdays/Sundays: 9AM – 1 PM

Holidays based on Singapore Public Holidays

Remuneration

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month (English)

Salary: RM3,100.00 - RM3,400.00 per month (Bilingual English & Mandarin)

Probation period: Minimum 3 months’ probation.

KPI incentive upon completion of probation and confirmation: Up to RM300 KPI Incentive
