Box Truck Driver (Full Time) - Rivers Ave

Welcome to Parks Auto Parts! We've served the Charleston area since 1946 and are now hiring. Parks Auto Parts is a growing leader in aftermarket auto parts distribution and are looking for qualified people to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off automotive parts, while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.

• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles without interfering with operations at customer’s place of business.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• When applicable, complete daily maintenance checks on company delivery vehicle and notify manager of any issues.
• Drive 26 ft Box truck.

Qualifications

• Pass DOT
• CDL NOT REQUIRED
• Pass Drug Test
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
• Current, valid driver’s license
• A clean copy of your 3-year motor vehicle record
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Pay: Negotiable, starting at $17 hourly. Based on experience.
