Box Truck Driver (26 ft) & Warehouse Associate | $55K Salary

Compensation: $55,000 Salary + Extended Travel Bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (flexibility required)

Location: Whites Creek, TN (Nashville Area)

Travel: Up to 50% Overnight Travel (involving multiple nights in a row)

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a dependable Box Truck Driver (26 ft) to perform secure IT equipment pickups from schools and businesses across the region.

Position responsibilities include local pick-ups, as well as regional pick-ups. For regional pick-ups, you may be a couple of hours away, or a couple of states away. So you must be willing to travel by truck or plane as needed!

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be driving, loading and unloading equipment, supporting warehouse operations, and representing ER2 professionally at client sites.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Drive a 26-foot box truck for assigned pickup routes
• Perform local and regional client pickups (multi-state at times)
• Load, secure, transport, and unload IT equipment safely
• Provide professional, courteous service at client locations
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain DOT compliance
• Track pickups and inventory accurately using basic computer tools
• Sort and process electronics in the warehouse
  
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and lifts (certification training as needed)
• Maintain clean vehicles and organized work areas
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

About You (Qualifications)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a 26-foot box truck
• Willing and able to travel overnight for multiple nights in a row
  
• Commited to 50% travel (for example, 2 weeks out of every month)
• Able to lift 70–100 lbs consistently
• Strong time-management and organization skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Customer-service mindset
• Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Clean criminal record
• Must pass drug screen (safety-sensitive position)
• Must possess or obtain DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate prior to start (company covers cost if needed)
• Preferred: Experience driving larger commercial vehicles
• Preferred: Warehouse or logistics experience
