  • Support collection efforts when required
  • Bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Journal entries and ongoing accounting controls
  • VAT reporting and work with authorities
  • Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
  • Work with external accountants, tax advisors and auditors
  • Improve and streamline financial processes and workflows
  • Participate in ad-hoc finance projects

Requirements

  • Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2+)
  • 6+ years of broad bookkeeping experience
  • Experience working with both AP and AR
  • Experience in a startup or tech company
  • Experience with global activity / US operations
  • ERP experience (NetSuite - Must)
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • High level English (written & spoken)
  • Detail-oriented, organized and highly reliable
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with non-finance stakeholders

What You’ll Get

  • A professional environment with real ownership and impact
  • Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company post-Series B
  • Hands-on role shaping financial processes across IL & US operations
  • Hybrid work model
  • Collaborative and supportive finance team
