Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks
Record and reconcile daily transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Communicate updates to management
Coordinate with external accountants for audits and tax preparation
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
Qualifications
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
