What to expect in the job?

  • Ensure that quality targets are achieved for key customers
  • Co-ordinate order processing to ensure that service levels are of the highest standard
  • Complete work in the most efficient manner
  • Control staff movements within department to ensure accurate work records
  • Implement and enforce all Group HR Policies
  • Implement and enforce all Group Health and Safety policies
  • Minimise waste in relation to packaging
  • Minimise energy use
  • Participate fully in the continuous improvement system
  • Maintain good relationships with other functions within the factory and maximise cross-functional workings to deliver the best overall result possible

Working hours:

Boning Hall: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm (approximately) 

Requirements

What we need from you?

  • Proficient English
  • Portuguese/Polish speaking is advantageous but not required
  • Basic computer skills are advantageous
  • Good people management skills
  • Target-oriented approach
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Previous experience in meat production (beef processing preferred)
  • Knife skills
  • Responsible from pre op. to post op. handover
  • Manage staff holidays
