Bond Dealer

Job responsibilities:
- Execute bond trades in accordance with trading strategies and risk management policies.
- Monitor market trends and analyze financial data to identify trading opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, providing them with market insights and trading solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams ensure seamless execution of trades and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on trading activities and market conditions to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during trading activities.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bond trading or a related financial services role.
- Strong understanding of fixed income markets and financial instruments.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven track record of successful trading and client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
