On behalf of our client, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Boatyard Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the boatyard and trailer boat park. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, hands-on experience, and a passion for delivering excellent service in a marine environment.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead daily boatyard operations, ensuring all lifting, launching, storage, and maintenance activities run smoothly.

  • Supervise and guide the boatyard team, while coordinating with external contractors when needed.

  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation across all yard areas.

  • Plan and manage boatyard schedules, including hoist operations, slipway work, and yard layout.

  • Operate or oversee the operation of equipment such as the travel hoist, forklift, trailers, and pressure cleaners.

  • Ensure accurate administration of all boatyard services, including proper record keeping and applying charges.

  • Support marina guests and yacht owners, offering professional and friendly assistance at all times.

  • Assist Marina Management with general operational tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Working Hours: Weekdays: 08:00–17:00

Weekends/Public holidays: Not required to work unless in an emergency.
