The BCaBAs assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA. This role supports the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with ethical standards, team development, and smooth clinical operation practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18. 
  • Data collection utilizing Central Reach. 
  • Billable hour requirements for full-time, salaried BCaBAs: 30 hours 
  • Billable hour requirement for part-time BCaBAs: 75% of total hours worked (preferred). 
  • Complete intake and assessments. 
  • Parent training.
  • Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors. 
  • Mentorship for a team of RBTs and MLPs, 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Board Certified Assistant  Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 hour supervision course (willingness to obtain)
  • High emphasis on integrity and ethics 
  • Passion for client success
  • Strong leadership skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Full-time, hybrid-remote 3 days in person 2 days remote
  • Requires interaction with clients, families, and staff in clinic, home, and community settings.
  • May involve periods of standing, moving, or engaging in physical activities related to client interventions.
