BMI - Trainee team lead

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and leading a group of individuals to accomplish organizational goals and objectives. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members, ensuring optimal performance, and resolving challenges within the team.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership and Management:

• Lead, manage, and support a team of 24 members to achieve set objectives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and career development.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure that targets are met consistently and efficiently.
• Complete some works daily to verify the guidelines, system's performance, issues, and special functions.
• Compare the current and previous production reports to analyze individual and team performance.

Operational Oversight:

• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly by delegating tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage workloads and ensure that team members have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
• Implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Training and Development:

• Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual growth.
• Participating in guideline updating sessions, question hours , QA discussions, and training sessions.

Communication and Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact between team members and management.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to update on progress, share feedback, and address any issues.
• Foster a positive team culture through open communication and collaboration.
• Gathering details and conducting the weekly and monthly calls with BMI.
• Participating in operational-related USA calls.
• Clearing the doubts of the production process raised by the team members.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track individual and team performance metrics to ensure KPIs and targets are met.
• Gathering data and provide regular reports to management on team progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Maintaining work details logs for further improvements.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

• Address any conflicts or challenges within the team, using effective problem-solving techniques.
• Ensure any operational issues are identified and resolved promptly.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all work delivered by the team meets quality standards and expectations.
• Regularly review the work of team members to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Analyzing weekly KPI and Audit reports received from BMI

Requirements

● Diploma or a partially completed HND, or an equivalent qualification.

● Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

● Adaptability to changing needs of the company, clients, and team members.
