BMI - Project Coordinator

These selected candidates will be expected to learn managerial activities and provide ongoing support to both the team leads and team members, ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of daily tasks. In addition to their coordinating responsibilities, they will also continue to actively participate in their daily processing activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks related to the team while assisting the Team Lead/Manager in administrative tasks
• Managing deadlines & workflow
• Scheduling meetings and appointments to ensure that the project is running smoothly
• Support the others in sorting out system-related issues, working as a system expert, and communicating with the BMI USA team in any system failures.
• Responsible for newly updated guidelines, and sharing them with the team by maintaining a proper shared document.
• Managing and responsible for the team activities while the team leads are away.
• Handling daily /weekly and monthly reports.
• Any other role assigned by the leadership team.

Requirements

● Diploma or a partially completed HND, or an equivalent qualification.

● Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

● Adaptability to changing needs of the company, clients, and team members.

● Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
