About the Role

We are looking for a Blue Yonder WMS Engineer who can support, enhance, and integrate warehouse management solutions for our global clients. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Blue Yonder WMS, Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, and integrations with warehouse automation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Blue Yonder WMS for production and project environments.
  • Develop and maintain customizations using BY WMS extension layers (ESI).
  • Build, consume, and manage APIs for integrating WMS with internal and external systems.
  • Analyse and resolve issues related to WMS, data, inventory, and operational flows.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, automation, and ERP).
  • Perform Oracle Database queries, debugging, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Support integrations with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and other automation solutions.
  • Participate in on-premise or cloud-based infrastructure deployments.
  • Ensure smooth handover of enhancements, fixes, and releases.

Core Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS (Dispatcher/WMS 9.x or similar).
  • Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL and WMS extension layers (ESI).
  • Proven experience in building and integrating APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Solid OracleDB experience (queries, procedures, performance tuning).
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and real-time WMS workflows.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating WMS with WCS/automation systems (conveyors, sorters, robotics).
  • Working knowledge of Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Understanding of on-premise infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls).
  • Experience with forecasting, allocation, or planning systems.
  • Exposure to SAP (MM/SD/EWM) for ERP-WMS integrations.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
