This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in our London (Moorgate) Office.

Business Operations sit at the heart of the major projects within Capital on Tap. We don't just keep the lights on; we drive operational excellence. 

What You’ll Be Doing 🗃️

• Promoting operational excellence with customer experience at the forefront of everything you do.
• Becoming an expert on our systems and the technical side of the business, ready to respond to bugs, crises and cleanups.
• Analysing customer journeys, sourcing customer feedback, reporting and running pilots to improve user experience.
• Owning relationships with our partners and internal project stakeholders.
• Getting stuck into strategic projects powering our growth, such as new product feature launches, or revenue-generating pilots.
• Project ideation, delivery and execution for the company’s biggest problems.

We’re Looking For 🔎

• Hands-on Problem Solver: You're comfortable diving into manual tasks and processes to build a deep understanding, then leveraging that knowledge to develop impactful AI and automation solutions.
• Agile & Resourceful: You're action-oriented, quick to grasp new concepts, and adept at figuring things out on the fly.
• Automation Enthusiast: You have a genuine interest in automating processes, using AI where appropriate and eliminating operational friction.
• Adaptable: You can seamlessly transition between collaborating within a team and independently leading initiatives.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets. Experience with data analysis tools like Looker or Power BI is a plus.
