We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our Adelaide depot - servicing all around Adelaide.

As a Bird Proofing Installer, your responsibilities will include inspecting clients' properties to identify bird infestations, applying necessary treatments and installing bird management systems using the appropriate tools and equipment.

Duties

  • Inspecting client premises thoroughly for any sign of pests
  • Carrying out measures as required to eliminate the pests
  • Identifying sales leads in the region where possible
  • Building rapport with and communicating with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
  • Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Use of power tools to install hardware and various equipment

What we do need from you is:

  • Eligible to work full-time in Australia
  • Willing and able to obtain security passes to work on defence sites
  • No criminal records - Essential
  • Current and valid Australian driver's licence
  • The ability to drive a manual vehicle - Preferred
  • High-risk licence EWP - Preferred
  • White Card Construction - Preferred
  • The ability to handle birds
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
  • Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
  • High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
  • An ability to consistently work within both our client's and Rentokil's safety parameters
  • Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
