Job Purpose

The Bingo Manager will lead the day-to-day management of our Social Casino Bingo product, ensuring the schedule, performance, and player experience are consistently optimised. This role is both strategic and execution focused, with a strong emphasis on optimising Bingo schedules and reporting, as well as collaboration with our external and internal stakeholders to improve the product and player experience. The ideal candidate will act as the “Bingo Champion” across the business, contributing to product development and ensuring our Bingo offering remains competitive, engaging, and commercially successful.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Own the daily operational management of the Bingo product, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality player experiences.
  • Scheduling & Game Management: Own the Bingo schedule, ensuring it is optimised for maximum revenue and aligned with business goals, player engagement, and promotional activity.
  • Reporting & Performance Optimisation: Own Bingo reporting and performance tracking, suggesting enhancements to reporting outputs and using insights to drive continuous improvements to the Bingo schedule and product performance.
  • Provider Management: Build and maintain a strong working relationship with our Bingo provider, ensuring strong collaboration and maximising opportunities for shared success and optimisation.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure delivery of strong offers, promotions for both existing and new Bingo players. Implement promotional schedules when required and report back on results.
  • Lifecycle Management: Work closely with CRM to help shape Bingo lifecycle journeys both on-site and off-site, to help drive retention and engagement of the Bingo product.
  • Competitive & Market Awareness: Stay up to date with Bingo trends, competitor activity, and developments across related industries to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams across the business to support cross-sell opportunities between Bingo and other products.
  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Partner with Customer Support to ensure player incidents and operational issues are resolved quickly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a Bingo product within a Social Bingo or Real Money Bingo environment.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage schedules, reporting, and day-to-day performance.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with marketing, product, BI/analytics, and customer support teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as the Bingo expert across the business.
  • Analytical approach, with experience using reporting insights to drive improvements and optimisation.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and hands-on approach.
  • A positive attitude and a team player.
