About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Current university students and recent graduates
Job Responsibilities
Deploy and manage security services across the company's infrastructure.
Deploy and maintain internal crawler applications to ensure the stable operation of crawler-related businesses.
Participate in DevOps operations including Kubernetes and AWS-related tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the entire development lifecycle.
Automate business processes and build and implement CI/CD solutions.
Undertake the development and maintenance of crawler scripts.
Basic Requirements
Proficiency in Python (web scraping: requests/BeautifulSoup/Selenium/Scrapy)；
Mastery of Java + Spring Boot, capable of independent backend coding；
amiliarity with SQL syntax (MySQL/PostgreSQL experience preferred)；
Solid foundation in Git, REST APIs, modular design and other development basics；
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
Personal/academic projects in web crawling/backend (GitHub/portfolio preferred)；
Proficiency in pandas, json and regular expressions；
Familiarity with Docker, AWS or cloud-native tools (training provided for no experience).
Additional Info
Mandarin proficiency is a plus, not mandatory；
Part-time (≥3 days/week) and current students (3-4 months commitment) are welcome；
Outstanding performers can transition to full-time.
