About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.   1. Manage follow-up communications with all stakeholders to ensure proposed actions are effectively implemented.

  2. Monitor detailed reports and systematic tracking systems to monitor progress for better transparency and productivity.

  3. Evaluate product performance data by tracking key metrics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.

  4. Assist in the process of developing automation processes that increases efficiency and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing a bachelor or master degree in a local university.

  2. A data-centric individual capable of analyzing large quantities of data and making informed decisions based on the insights derived.

  3. Demonstrates an understanding of and interest in the cryptocurrency sector.

  4. Strong proficiency in SQL preferred.

  5. Possesses strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with internal stakeholders.

  6. Persistent with a keen attention to detail.

  7. Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced remote working environment.

  8. Embraces a hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving.
