Learn about BAP Program HERE Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates We're looking for a passionate early careers talent to join our Performance Engineering Team and help pioneer the intersection of AI and Performance Engineering. This isn't your typical early careers program — you'll be at the forefront of applying cutting-edge AI technologies to solve real-world performance challenges in large-scale distributed systems What You’ll Do

1. Build Your Foundation: Start with hands-on performance testing and tuning tasks, master the fundamentals before innovating

2. AI-Powered Performance Testing: Design and implement intelligent test strategies using LLMs, ML models, and AI agents to automate and enhance performance testing workflows

3. Intelligent Performance Analysis: Build AI-driven tools that can automatically detect anomalies, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights from complex performance data

4. Innovation & Research: Explore and experiment with the latest AI technologies and evaluate their potential in performance engineering

5. Real Impact: Your work will directly influence how we ensure system reliability and performance for millions of users

Must Have

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

2. Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning concepts)

3. Programming experience in Java/Python/Golang

4. Curiosity and passion for exploring new AI technologies

5. Strong problem-solving skills and self-driven attitude

Nice to Have

1. Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot ecosystem

2. Basic understanding of performance testing concepts (load testing, profiling, metrics)
