Extract and consolidate HR data from systems
Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness
Draft reports to highlight trends and recommend improvements
Partner with HRBPs address data-driven questions
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, with solid Excel skills
Self-driven, with some internship experience
A strong educational background is preferred
Data analysis skills are a plus
