Employment certificates for the employee when they required specific document
Work permit application process
Manage tourist visa application process - For visa application, employees ask some local documents and employment letter
Military Service Status follow up // unpaid leave follow up
Maternity Leave Status follow up
Vega tickets submission for vendor invoices,for payroll vendor, H&S vendor and Aon(insurance) payments

Tasks in the office:
Document collection for onboarding/offboarding and P-file management
Keeping track of the documents sent to the office by employees and filing them
Arranging Health and Safety visit and follow H&S requirements (yearly periodic check, first-aid training arrangements, newjoiners training follow up etc.)
Physical P-files validation - physical files at the office should be reviewed
PAYROLL Support:
Collating information for offboarding (including checking unused leave with local CS leaders)
Uploading payslips to the individual employee’s folders every month
Inform payroll vendor for SSI enrollment & exit declarations when required- based on the onboarding/offboarding volumes
HEALTH AND SAFETY Support:
Assisting the annual review and accommodate office visit once a year by the vendor
Assisting monthly office visit by the occupational health and safety specialist
Assisting the occupational health training and the medical check for new joiners
Checking ratio of the first aid team review on a monthly base, in case any leave is a first aider
LICENCING TASKS (Capital Markets Board):
Document preparation and follow up Notary declarations follow up
Information security compliance commitment
