About the role We’re looking for a Gotransverse Functional & Support Lead to become MYOB’s in‑house expert for our new Gotransverse (GTV) billing ecosystem. This role exists at the heart of our transformation as we retire our legacy billing system and embed Gotransverse as the central engine connecting Salesforce (CRM) and Workday (ERP). You’ll be the functional owner, process thinker and design authority who ensures our Order‑to‑Cash processes are seamless, scalable and future‑ready. Working across billing operations, finance, technology, and product teams, you’ll shape how new products are billed, guide system design decisions, and make sure upstream and downstream functions stay aligned.   • Serve as MYOB’s end‑to‑end functional subject matter expert for Gotransverse, owning all functional design, configuration oversight and process governance
  • Lead Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process mapping and optimisation across Salesforce, Gotransverse and Workday, ensuring integrity of data and workflows
  • Define billing rules and system requirements for new product launches and market offerings
  • Collaborate with technology teams to translate business rules into system configuration and ensure accurate rating, invoicing and billing logic
  • Manage and prioritise the billing backlog, driving automation, consistency and optimisation post‑implementation
  • Act as the change and integration lead across billing, collections, customer service and finance, ensuring ecosystem alignment
  • Provide functional leadership and input across projects, enhancements and cross‑system initiatives

  • Proven experience with Gotransverse (GTV / Gotransverse Billing), this is essential
  • Deep understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes, including billing, invoicing, debt management, collections, and customer support flows
  • Strong functional design capability, able to turn business requirements into system logic and configuration pathways
  • Ability to work across both finance and technology domains, translating seamlessly between functional and technical teams
  • Experience working within multi‑system ecosystems (ideally CRM + Billing + ERP)
  • Exposure to Salesforce or Workday (preferred but not crucial)
  • Experience in enterprise billing transformations or consulting environments (e.g., Accenture, similar firms) is highly desirable
