Billing Support Specialist

Job Overview

The Billing Support department helps our users solve payment issues, including payment failures or erroneous payment entries, inability to make payments, refunds, cancellations, and many other financial cases. 

In addition, the team is responsible for account security and safety - assisting users in protecting their accounts, preventing fraudulent activity, and recovering in-game property when needed. 

We are considering only candidates who are already located in Serbia and have a valid residence permit; the company cannot support relocation for this role. 

Reports to 

Team Lead, Billing Team

What will you do?

• Provide support for Wargaming’s MMO titles (including World of Tanks, World of Warplanes, World of Warships, World of Tanks Blitz, and others); 

• Communicate with a multilingual audience on topics related to account management and payments. 

What are we looking for?

• Willingness to work rotating shifts (2/2): two weeks 07:00 - 19:00, followed by two weeks 19:00 - 07:00. 

• Intermediate English or higher; 

• Upper-intermediate Russian or higher; 

• Advanced PC user; 

• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); 

• Secondary or higher education. 

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Previous experience working with customers or users; 

• Familiarity with Wargaming products; 

• Knowledge of Polish/German (as a plus, not mandatory); 

• Gaming experience across different platforms (PC, Steam, mobile OS);  

• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence). 

Work mode

• Remote (from anywhere in Serbia).

• This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
