Billing Specialist

  • Primary tasks will revolve around timely and accurate billing of all service invoices
  • Processing credit card payments for all service billings
  • Process customer repair billing invoices
  • Answering inquiries through email and chat
  • Redirecting external and internal clients to their respective point of contact in need.
  • Running necessary business reports and collating the data as needed.
  • Completing billings for vendor partnerships and submitting necessary documentation to our internal and external partners
  • Other tasks as needed.
