The Job in a Nutshell💡

Hi all! We are looking for a competent Billing specialist to undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues, you will handle the processing of incoming payments and issuing necessary documents, as well as work closely with the Collections team to ensure a smooth client process

This role will give you great exposure to Foodics clients both locally and internationally!

What Will You Do❓

• Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
• Issue and post bills, receipts, invoices and credit notes
• Check the validity of debit accounts
• Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
• Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
• Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
• Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
• Take action to encourage timely debt payments
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Follow-up for collecting company receivables ( via calls, email, SMS, etc.)

What Are We Looking For❓

• Proven experience as a Billing Specialist for at least 2 years
• Adherence to best practices in regard to dealing with customers and sensitive data
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and ERP software
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Results-driven and patient
• The high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or BA
• Preferably an understanding of the SaaS business model
