You will work on further developing a portfolio already containing client names such as DHL, Johnson & Johnson, FDA, DMV, PwC, KeyBank, Spotify, and H&R BLOCK.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing, checking orders and payments to avoid errors 
  • Assisting collections team in addressing the overdue receivables  
  • Managing multiple accounts and billing cycles efficiently, keeping everything in order 
  • Effectively interacting with clients, resolving disputes, and collaborating with other departments 
  • Addressing issues as they arise, whether they're related to payments or billing discrepancies 
  • Helping clients with their billing inquiries, setting up vendor portals 
  • Supporting accounting team with applying customer payments and ensuring properly application of funds 
  • Meeting deadlines and managing workloads effectively 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of relevant work experience 
  • Hands-On Accounts Receivable experience within the software industry is preferred 
  • Experience dealing with a large customer base is a plus 
  • This position requires analytical skills, attention to detail and high initiative 
  • Ability to follow and understand the process and controls 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, experience working in Salesforce and NetSuite a plus 
  • Excellent command of English, additional languages are a plus
