Remote VA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Billing Representative, you will be responsible for managing the billing lifecycle, ensuring that invoices are accurate and promptly processed, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on services rendered, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.
Payment Processing: Monitor incoming payments and ensure proper allocation to customer accounts while handling any discrepancies professionally.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries, providing timely responses and resolutions to clients.
Account Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reconciliations of client accounts to ensure accuracy in billing and payment records.
Reporting: Generate reports as required by management to analyze billing trends and improve processes.

Your ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to the success of our billing operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in billing or accounts receivable roles.
Familiarity with billing software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
